Qualität: Es handelt sich um ein Amateurnegativ - die Qualität meines Negativ-Scanners ist leider schlecht, so dass man davon ausgehen kann, dass die Qualität besser als auf dem gezeigten Low-Resolution-Scan ist. Der Copyright-Schutz ist natürlich nicht auf dem Negativ.
Nutzungsrecht:KEINES! Ich habe leider keine Aufzeichnungen, wo dieses Negativ her ist.
Status / Steuer: Da eBay der wohl richtigen Meinung ist, dass der Verkauf von überschüssigem Material eine gewerbliche Tätigkeit ist, handelt es sich hierbei um einen gewerblichen Verkauf. Der Artikel und die Versandkosten enthalten die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer i.H.v. 19%. Standardmäßig versende ich keine gedruckten Rechnungen. Sollten Sie eine solche zwecks Umsatzsteuerausweis benötigen, schreiben Sie mir bitte eine kurze Nachricht.

Unless otherwise stated, this item comes from the estate of a deceased railway friend. It is an amateur photo, but it is usually better than the preview image scanned at a low resolution. Unless otherwise stated, the sale includes copyright for free use. I reserve the right to keep a digital copy of this image and possibly (currently but not planned) publish it myself in a printed book. Under no circumstances will it be published online.
Status/Tax: Since eBay is probably of the correct opinion that the sale of surplus material is a commercial activity, this is a commercial sale. The item and the shipping costs include the statutory German sales tax within the EU. 19%. By default I do not send printed invoices. If you need one for VAT purposes, please send me a short message.
