Payments:

Payment & collection within7 days please -we do not have space to hold items for any longer.

Paid items mustbecollected within 2 weeks of their original purchase dateor theywill be relisted, unless formally agreed in advance by a member of our team.Feel free to message us if you have any issues regarding our policies.

Serviceable Goods:

Westrongly recommend that any serviceable goods are checked by an authoriseddealer. Eg: Bikes are donated to us and should have their tyres, brakes, chainschecked before use. Wheelchairs should be checked to make sure they are thecorrect design for their intended use.

ElectricalGoods/Computers/Consoles:

Please note all used electricalgoods with power leads that we sell have been PAT tested on receipt of thedonation. New goods and items without leads are not tested.However, westronglyrecommend that you recheck the item when you have either collected it or had itdelivered to make sure it is still safe.

We request donors to clearmemory details on electrical goods we sell and will check all items to ensurepersonal information has been deleted. However, we shall have no liability forany losses, claims or damages arising in respect of any Data which has not beendeleted.

Delivery & Exclusions:

We will always trytocombine UK postagewhenever possible, which makes it cheaper forcustomers and better for the environment too. If you do require combinedpostage, please do not pay for any of your items until you finish bidding onall items and message us requesting a combined invoice.

Due to the delicate nature ofpaintings, if they are above a certain size we will have to send each oneseparately – we will let you know if this is the case.

Regrettably, we no longer postto the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, ScottishHighlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, PO Box-postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25due to the high cost we are charged.

Collection Only Items:

If an item is listed ascollection only, this is because the item is oversized for our courierservice, too fragile for transit or that we do not have the resources topackage the item. These items cannot be sent by our team or packaged forthird-party couriers.
