Introducing the Assassins Creed SILVER COIN SET SERIES FROM THE GERMAN MINT -MDM- commemorating the 15th anniversary of AC!

AC : VALHALLA 2 COIN SET
BACKGROUND:An amazing collaboration between UBISOFT and the German based coin minting company MDM Mint - Minted in 2022, this was a set of 14 coins spanning different game titles. There were 12 Silver coins part of 6 game title sets (2 per set), 1 standalone silver coin not part of the 6 sets and 1 final gold coin not part of the 6 sets to commemorate the game. This series was exclusive to Europe. China also got a commemorative 15th collab item too! - coin/magnet/card set!
The Format:The coins were collectible through a subscription service with the MINT, meaning, you would receive 2 Coins per month , so after you received the 6 sets - (12 coins total) you would at the very end receive the gold coin.
the standalone special silver coin however was a separate purchase only
The standalone silver Edzio coin , and the entire coin set is now discontinued and delisted from the Mint - Only the Gold coin is still available for purchase from the mint. In my personal opinion - even though there is a mintage of 10,000 sets , I believe the true number in existence is significantly less , since the sets were delisted only after 1 year, As a result of a short run - These are scarce , Not readily available and hardly any had resold from previous owners (as in the 10k number in existence never reflected the amount available second hand)
My theory for why this may have occurred is simply not enough purchasing demand and too many subscription cancellations - meaning a customer would subscribe for the first few months and then change their mind and cancel the subscription - Just my personal opinion.
The Contents:A set of 2 coins representing one title - We have typically a Male/Female Assassin variant coins - With the exception of Black Flag - having a Male on both coins in different poses. Coins are housed in an attractive folder which neatly houses the coin. To the left of each folder when you open it, is a lovely graphic - on the bottom left corner is a coin numerical serial. The right side has the plastic casing that snugly houses the coin and the coin specifications are denoted right under that. Rear has some legal mumo jumbo and copyrights - the rear has an opening where you can see the rear of the coin in its housing.
The Material:We see a specification of 36mm coin thickness , an Antique-Finish with an Ag333 Silver, meaning 333/1000 metal parts in the coin are silver, Meaning roughly 33% of the coin is Silver, with the rest being made of up different metals to form the composition.
The Coins:Never removed from its plastic case - both coins are just under 1.5 inches in diameter. Each coin exhibits very lovely attention to detail and it seems they exhibit a small relief design (slightly raised from the surface of the coin).
The rear of the coin are the same, with the main AC logo in the center, with smaller AC logos from various titles going along in a circular fashion. The bottom lip of the "circle" has wording "Assassins Creed".
