LEGO Harry Potter 4707 Hagrid's Hut 2001 d'occasion, complet vente en gros mais feuilles cassées

I bought this set with several other of the first release Harry Potter Lego sets in 2002 to display in a glass case at the Burbank Public Library when I worked there years ago as a children's librarian. They have been packed away ever since, never played with. I need to downsize my home so it's time for these to go to a new home. 

The set is complete but just in case I missed something, it is sold AS IS. No box but the manual is included as pictured. Two of the leafy plants have leaves broken off. For some reason they've been really fragile.

Comes from a no smoking, no pets, no perfumes home, not because we're boring, but because we're allergic and enjoy breathing. 

I will be disassembling parts for better shipping size and safety for the pieces.
