An advertising jug made for the MT. VERNON BRIDGE COMPANY of MT. VERNON, OHIO. circa 1897-1905
Insiced and polychrome matt painted landscape with iron bridge. Bottom is marked with the "DICKENS WARE / WELLER" half circle seal, as shown. Also impressed "614 / 10"
Measures 4 5/8" wide, and stands just over 5 1/2" tall.
Displays beautifully, and in MINT! condition, with no damage or wear. No chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines, crazing, stains, or repairs.
