This interesting work of heraldic reference work documents each of the disclaimers at the Heralds visitations.

With an introduction by John Paul Rylands, the notes barrister and genealogist of the the late 19th and 20th century.

With the previous owners ink inscription to the head of the title page.


CONDITION

Rebacked with the original backstrip preserved. Externally smart, with light bumping to the extremities. Light patches of rubbing to the front and rear hinges, and a small patch of loss to rear endpaper, to the tail. Spots to the ford edges. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
